Clementine Quilt Along Block 6 – Strawberry Star

This is it, the final, sixth block of the Fat Quarter Shop Clementine Quilt Along, Strawberry Star. And the moment of truth. I was so excited to start on the “finishing” portion of the quilt (July) that somehow I only took ONE picture of my blocks. Seriously?!! Sorry about that. 🙁

I did take several pictures as I was assembling the blocks, and I will share those with you on July’s Clementine post. Because I got the quilt kit and backing set when we started Clementine, I have the finishing instructions now and started working on them. I chose (as usual) to deviate from the original pattern to create less waste. What that really means is that I was saving as much fabric as possible for future projects!!  I did remember to write notes and take pictures and will share both. Here’s a sneak peek of one block.
